If you have received a Cheeki product that you perceive to be damaged or faulty please contact us by filling the form below within 5 working days of receiving the item(s). Please provide us with your order number, a detailed description of the issue and any relevant photos.

Customer:
If you have received a faulty or damaged Cheeki product from an online retailer other than cheeki.com/cheeki.net.au, please contact the online retailer with proof of purchase and proof of damage.
