Great to be able to purchase Cheeki Cup Lid Replacement. however, hard to find store stockists on the website and to purchase in accordance to their website delivery requirements. I wanted to purchase 2x Cheeki Cups and 1x Lid, but the cart said that delivery wouldn't allow the order to be placed because it does not deliver to my address. However, it did not specify which items needed to be removed from the cart (so by trial and error I had to remove each item and refresh the cart). Website not as user friendly as it could be in that regard. Other than that happy to still be able to buy a lid replacement - despite then postage exceeding the cost of the lid. High quality lid and products. Thank you!

I finally decided to buy myself a reusable coffee mug ( I know, I’m a bit late on board!) and stop justifying myself thinking I never drink coffee on the go( I do, a lot!!) 2 days after my exciting purchase I arrived at work only to realise the kid was no longer on it!!!!
After the initial shock( I never lose anytime!!) I decided to go online to see if it was possible to buy only the lid!
To my delight, it was!!! I received it within 2-3 days, the whole process was quick and painless and now, I’ll definitely look better after my precious( and slightly expensive now!) re usable mug!!
A life lesson and one step further to save the planet! Not bad!!😊
